Short description:

The MT32-Mini Telemetry is a very small and flexible telemetry system for rotating, mobile and stationary applications. The encoder and transmitter consists of very small modules. Each acquisition module is composed with signal condition, filter, ADC and digital output. All this modules (up to 32) are controlled by the Encoder (multiplexer with PCM out) module. It is also possible to install the acquisition modules in the near of the sensor to have short connections and the digital outputs can have long lines (up to 2m) to the Encoder module. The Encoder module generates a PCM output signal witch is connected with the transmitter module RF (radio frequency) or IR (infra red link). To be very flexible in the kind of applications there are different transmitter modules available (short distance, long distance, different scanning rates, RF or IR transmission). Please give us an exactly description of your application with a simple block diagram. This enables to give you an optimal proposal and offer.

The powering of short distance transmitter modules is 5V DC,. powering of long distance transmitter modules is 12V DC. It can be generated by batteries, inductive power or main (depended of the application). It is also possible to install all signal acquisition module, encoder, transmitter and batteries in a small housing to have a very compact transmitting system

For strain gage application the offset calibration is executed by potentiometer at each acquisition module or AZ (auto zero) of all modules executed by micro switch on the Encoder module (Option). The AZ calibration is not reseted by power off.

The receiver station is very compact with small dimensions (65 x 105 x 230 mm for 8 channel version). The output signals by BNC connectors is +/- 5V full range. Powering 10…30V DC or additional with AC/DC Power supply 110 … 230 V AC.
